My colleague and friend, Robert Franklin Godwin III
, has joined the Advisory Council for California State University's Customer Experience certificate program. Customer Experience (CX) is evolving into a global need for every industry sector. Executives understand that companies delivering superior CX cultivate brand loyalty. The proliferation of social media and customers sharing their experiences online makes CX more critical than ever.
Since the beginning of the pandemic, I have known Robert and have got to know one of the most knowledgable and inspirational persons in the industry. Always curious, and in my mind, open-minded to new ideas, but always with a strong opinion - which I believe are strong values in an advisory board.
Fortunately for me, for INKISH, and our growing audience, Robert continues to be part of the INKISH team. We will continue to work towards being the best and most unbiased industry source.
