Foil Printing Expertise Square on Sign & Print Expo 2023

One of the participating printing partners, Grafische Groep Matthys from Turnhout (B), has now taken the initiative to offer visitors to the fair knowledge sessions on foil printing for 3 days. And knowledge sharing naturally involves experts. That is why the Bron Groep from Uithoorn (NL) and DPP from Houten (NL) also supports these sessions. Because the collected web printing knowledge of these parties is impressive.

Grafische Groep Matthys has been known within the graphic sector since 2008 as the cold foil printing expert - with a Koenig & Bauer Rapida 106X with Dutch Vinfoil Optima unit - where designers and graphic companies can go for special printing sheets with 1001 metallic colours. By including silver foil in spot with cmyk and pms colours and also a finishing with various lacquer options, you transform a large-format printing sheet of 72x102 cm into brilliant book and magazine covers, greeting cards, folding carton packaging, posters ...

De Bron Groep is the finishing specialist in the Netherlands and is represented by Romeyn Stansen en Foliedruk with great expertise in large-format hotfoil and, since some time, toner-based digital foil printing using the Kurz DM-Liner on SRA3 format. As a partner of graphic companies in the Netherlands and Belgium, printing sheets are transformed here into striking works of art for end products.

DePrintPartner.nl is the online portal of DPP (Digital Printing Partners). DPP is fully equipped for digital print productions on the HP Indigo up to B2 format, DPP also has state-of-the-art finishing equipment such as the Scodix Ultra 2000, which is suitable for digital 3D lacquer and 3D film productions. Through DePrintPartner.nl, endless product combinations can be made in both print and finishing and you can order customised productions online. Exclusively for professionals, ordered directly from the source.

The 20m2 exhibition stand - D117 - of Grafische Groep Matthys will thus be transformed into a 50m2 Foil Printing Expertise Square with 3 equal partners as experts in foil printingThe Bron Groep will additionally bring Kurz and Hermans. so that materials, hot foils and cold foils and high-quality stamps will no longer hold any secrets either.  Besides the three information desks, the white cubes with a selection of beautiful samples with the various foil printing techniques, there will be a kind of theatre, a "round table" with some 15 chairs including presentation screen and audio amplification.  Every day of the fair, knowledge sessions will be held that will take visitors through the creative story behind hotfoil, Kurz digital foil, Scodix foil printing and cold foil printing for special graphics. And the experts will answer all your questions.
