Four years ago, I had the pleasure of participating in a grafkom event in Malmo, Sweden, for the first time. For me, the event was a 'game-changer.' Grafkom are true believers in the value of sharing and by inviting people from the printing industry to an event where that is the main purpose, and where the audience is invited to interfere and interact with not only each other, but also the speakers - was such a down-to-earth experience, and an approach that is and was so much aligned with how we think INKISH. Today Grafkom is our first INKISH partner for Sweden and Norway, and we have great expectations on how we together can bring even more knowledge and value to the printing industry.

When you look at an event like Workflow Summit, it's clear that this is a truly unique opportunity for attendees to get an insight into technologies from a vast range of companies working with Workflow solutions. This year offer 4 tracks and 32 speakers, and an overwhelming amount of knowledge and networking opportunities.

The agenda is jam-packed with exciting content, like the keynote by Christian Weyer from Crispy Mountain. And if you don't know what Crispy Mountain is, then that alone is worth digging into. Crispy Mountain has developed an M.I.S. system that extends the term and re-define some of the processes that printing companies are used to use. Putting this into an even further perspective, Heidelberg acquired the company recently and this, of course, opens up for even additional investments and opportunities for both companies. When visiting Workflow Summit, you will learn more about Crispy Mountain, but you will also have a chance to talk directly with the people that make this happen. As Ulf Sunnberg told me, Crispy Mountain and Christian Weyer have an openness to the world that may surprise some. That same openness is what we continuously see as the new "black" where the young and modern companies are way more open than the large corporates were in the past. The openness enables a two-way communication that we also believe is an advantage for everybody!

Will you be able to dig into all 32 speeches? Of course not. But the idea of offering this number of tracks is to enable the audience to mix a 'knowledge track' that will allow everybody to get information that fits their company and their interest.

When Workflow Summit last year opened its doors for the first time, it was compelling of multiple reasons. One, it was the first time Grafkom developed an international format. Second, it was the first time that so many people were asked to give speeches about their products, services, offerings, and experiences. The experiences are a quite interesting approach since this is not just about delivery pitches on solutions, but also an opportunity to understand use-cases LIVE.

Carina Karlsson arifiQ has, i.e. a session where she, rather than presenting their solution, combine this by inviting customer 'Allkopi' on stage to share their experience with the company's software. Yet another great opportunity for the visitors to get the knowledge that would be difficult getting.

We LOVE the Workflow Summit and the events delivered by Ola Karlsson, Ulf Sunnberg, and Magnus Thorkildsen.

INKISH will cover one of the tracks LIVE, so tune into INKISH and get the latest in Workflow November 12th.
