Loyal Customers Service

Thanks to our new loyalty service, our key-account customers is now able to get several benefits on new and regrinded rolls. At “Ready to Go” concept, the regrinded rolls can be kept in our warehouse until we get a call from the customers. This service offers easier financing management for corrugating rolls supply management. We are also able to offer similar service for new rolls and the rolls can be kept in our warehouse for 6 months. Another interesting improvements on our TFP (Tailor-Made Profile) is for the big groups, who has many production sites with different kind of single facers installed. Even the plants use same paper, due to different technology on single facers, the sheet quality can be different one from the each other. Our technical department provides a new solution for similar cases to avoid differences coming from single facers, with a small adjustments on flute profiles spects, the sheet quality can be almost same.
