PLenz & Bürchi withdraws from

Benpac Holding

On November 25th, two of the five board members of benpac holding withdraw from their positions. As we uncover the story about benpac and Marco Corvi, we can't help thinking that this either relates to the unveiling of the story or things that will happen.

By Editor Morten B. Reitoft

In the printing industry Stephan Plenz, who is one of the persons, is known for his life-long career with Heidelberger Druckmaschinen and in this context also chairman of the board at Gallus, years ago. Stephan Plenz left Heidelberg unexpectedly when Rainer Hundsdörfer and Marcus Wassenberg decided to slim the organization. For INKISH, it was quite a surprise to see Plenz with a company like benpac. Plenz has an excellent reputation in the market, and it was a bit difficult to identify his role with benpac. And now, only a few months later, Plenz's role in benpac holding has ended as surprisingly as it started. We have asked Plenz for an interview, but he kindly rejected the request.

The other person who is now leaving the board is Marco Corvi's attorney Markus Büchi. He is even more secret about who he is and what he does, compared to Corvi - and we were only able to find ONE single photo of him from back when he was working with Credor AG. For those who read our previous stories Credor might ring a bell. Credor AG is the current auditor of benpac holding.

We today also got confirmation that Gallus and Heidelberg's narrow web is still under Heidelberg's control until the acquisition is in full by the end of the year.  In our attempt to reveal the story, we have many many emails, phone calls, and messenger messages that help us investigate further.

One of the very urgent and vital investigations we are doing is to try finding the money trail. In case benpac holding is capable of fulfilling their obligations towards Heidelberger Druckmaschinen, the money is due within the next five weeks.

Though Marco Corvi has told that it's a cash-deal and that he can pay the bill from his profit of benpac holding - this can't by any measures be true - and if he can fulfill the obligations, he HAS to be backed by some who can.

We have found a few leads that we are investigating in that respect - and if you have anything you want to share with us to help us move forward - feel free to reach out to me at mre@inkish.tv - even if for background and anonymous.

It is exciting to see what happens in the next weeks.
Stay tuned!
