Heidelberger Druckmaschinen hat am 22. Juli 2020 den Verkauf von Gallus an das unbekannte Schweizer Unternehmen Benpac Holding bekannt gegeben. Das wissen Sie höchstwahrscheinlich schon, da INKISH zahlreiche Artikel über benpac geschrieben hat. Die meisten Geschichten konzentrierten sich auf die benpac-Seite der Akquisition mit Spekulationen über die Fähigkeit des Unternehmens, die stolzen 120 Millionen Euro zu zahlen, die, wie wir schließlich erfahren haben, nicht möglich waren. Aber warum hat sich benpac auf einen Deal eingelassen, den das Unternehmen letztendlich nicht bezahlen konnte? Und noch wichtiger: Wie konnte Heidelberger Druckmaschinen am Ende einen Vertrag ohne Garantien abschließen?
