When Heidelberger Druckmaschinen announced the sales of Gallus to Benpac Holding last summer, I must admit that we've never heard of Benpac and Marco Corvi. If it weren't because of so much information that couldn't be true, we would never have started our investigations, but here we are almost a year later, and the story keeps developing.

And there are many more chapters to fill, so today, we will start with the first out of two lawsuits filed against Benpac Holding.  (The other you can read about tomorrow.)

When Marco Corvi established his companies in the US, his company was still named Enova Group AG, located at Webergasse 24a in St. Gallen, Switzerland. This address we have written about before since this today is a washery, but it still gives you an impression about the size of the company. However, to establish his US venture, he agreed with the NYC Law firm H. Roske & Associates to handle his legal business, which was already at the end of 2017.

We know this for sure because of an ongoing lawsuit against Benpac Holding AG and Marco Corvi because Corvi has left unpaid invoices of legal help for more than $100,000.

The case against Corvi shows extreme patience from H. Roske & Associates, as they already in 2019 filed a lawsuit against Corvi for missing payments, which they, however, ended up discontinuing by June 11th, 2019.  Of course, a bit odd since the law firm continues to use Corvi's testimonial on their website!

All the documents describing the case(s) can be found here!
