Some stories never stop, and apparently, Marco Corvi and his benpac company are one of those companies that will continue to draw headlines. And we have a few ones to report, so let's get started!

Let's start with Amsler Equipment. As we wrote weeks ago, the website has been down for some time, and now Benpac announces on www.benpac.com that they have grown out of space in the current facility, and now they are moving to Naiigon Machines. The new site will provide, among other things, spare parts, service, as well as testing of Amsler machines produced in Switzerland.

The second story is quite interesting. This week Heidelberger Druckmaschinen published their Annual Reports for 2020/2021 - and in relation to the failed Gallus acquisition, Heidelberg describes that they seek personal compensations for €50 million - with a basis in the personal acknowledgments signed by Marco Corvi end of 2020. Corvi, however, says to Luzerner Zeitung, Christopher Gilb, «During the final work on the purchase of the Gallus Group, Benpac Holding AG came across questionable facts in Gallus' distribution agreements. This prompted Benpac to refrain from buying Gallus. Heidelberg Druckmaschinen AG had already been threatened in writing in October 2020. Based on these facts, Benpac is calm about a lawsuit by Heidelberg Druckmaschinen AG." (translated from German to English - Luzerner Zeitung.)

The above statement may be 'true' in Corvi's mind, but logically it doesn't make sense since Corvi signed the personal acknowledgments at the end of the year - months later.

As a final note, we once more got letters from Corvi's lawyers 'asking' us to remove everything about Corvi on INKISH.NEWS - so much for the free press. However, the articles we and others write apparently make it more difficult for Corvi and benpac to operate.
