Italian adhesive label producer Etikmar has invested in a new hybrid production line from Lombardi Converting Machinery S.p.A., incorporating flexo, digital and converting technologies. It said the system will help reduce production costs and offer greater flexibility. The Mantua-based business, which operates in industries such as retail, food and personal care, has been a user of Lombardi’s Synchroline 430 flexo press – an eight-color model – for the last two years.
