HiFlow Solutions, a family-owned software company specializing in ERP/MIS and MES solutions for the packaging and printing industries marks its 25th anniversary. Founded in 2000 in Warsaw, Poland as IT Soft by brothers Mariusz and Adam Sosnowski, the company set out to address the growing need for integrated data management tools in print and packaging manufacturing. With a foundation in Microsoft technologies and a focus on pressroom-to-boardroom visibility, HiFlow developed a comprehensive software suite to manage production, scheduling, customer communication, and workflow automation. Over the years, the company gained traction across Europe with its all-in-one approach. 

In 2018, the company rebranded to HiFlow Solutions and expanded into the North American market, relocating its headquarters to Miami in 2019. The U.S. launch of HiFlow 4.0 in 2022 introduced a browser-based interface, new design and imposition tools, machine integration, and real-time dashboards tailored for the North American packaging sector. With over 70 modules now available, the platform continues to evolve—most recently with the addition of AI-driven features following HiFlow’s designation as a Microsoft AI Cloud Partner in 2025. These new capabilities are aimed at delivering smarter, more automated operations for converters navigating an increasingly competitive landscape. 

Today, HiFlow Solutions supports more than 6,800 users across 130 installations worldwide, backed by a team of nearly 100 developers and consultants who bring deep expertise in print and packaging manufacturing. As an active member of associations such as FTA, AICC, TLMI, FGA, and FPA, the company remains embedded in the communities it serves. Looking ahead, HiFlow is focused on continued growth, product innovation, and deepening its collaborative partnerships with converters around the globe.
