ROTOCON makes its first appearance at Labelexpo Europe, 16–19 September in Barcelona, presenting a lineup of label production and finishing equipment in partnership with HS Machinery at stand 4D21. Featuring live demonstrations of the CHROME 450 flexo press, the ECOLINE RDF 340 digital finishing system, and the ECOLINE RSI 540 slitting and inspection machine, ROTOCON will highlight its commitment to modular design, operational efficiency, and delivering versatile solutions tailored to the evolving needs of label converters., 

The CHROME 450 flexo press will headline the stand, offering a flexible platform for printers looking to enhance productivity with advanced embellishment and automation features. With a modular architecture, it enables customers to integrate performance-boosting options at their own pace, ensuring cost-effective scalability. Also featured is the ECOLINE RDF 340, a high-speed digital finishing system capable of handling diverse applications such as multilayer labels, hot/cold foil, embossing, and in-mould labeling, all within a highly customizable framework.

Visitors will also see the ECOLINE RSI 540 in action, a servo-driven slitter, inspector, and rewinder built for 300m/min production with low maintenance and intuitive controls. EyeC’s AI-enabled ProofRunner Web HighLight system will be demonstrated on a ROTOCON ECOLINE finishing machine at stand 5B11, reinforcing the company’s focus on intelligent automation. ROTOCON will host a press conference on 17 September at 14:00 to unveil more about its collaborative innovations and growing European presence.
