See the Vivid Difference!

Australian software company Serendipity continues to redefine colour precision. A new, cutting-edge feature empowers graphic designers and print professionals to seamlessly proof and print TIFF, PSD and PDF files containing RGB images with spot colours, all within a purely RGB workflow, using supported inkjet printers. With RGB + Spot Colour Support, designers can keep their artwork in the RGB colour space, without the need to convert to CMYK. The file remains in RGB from creation through to submission in our software, ensuring there is no CMYK conversion until the final printing stage. This allows users to preserve the full colour gamut and dynamic range of RGB photographic elements, while ensuring precise spot colour handling for vibrant and consistent results.

Importantly, this feature does not eliminate the need for a traditional CMYK workflow, but introduces a parallel RGB workflow that can be used in conjunction with, or alongside, an existing CMYK process, offering even more flexibility to print professionals. This feature opens up new creative possibilities, delivering superior image quality and unmatched brand colour fidelity—ideally suited for those looking to take their designs to the next level.

Graphic designers and advertisers will find this feature particularly useful for producing vibrant posters, flyers, and marketing materials requiring accurate brand colour representation. Textile and apparel designers will appreciate its ability to handle colourful, intricate designs on fabrics with ease, while corporate branding teams can ensure consistent brand colours across all promotional materials. Label printers, too, and those in the packaging industry using inkjet printers will benefit from precise spot colour handling and the vibrant colour gamut of RGB files, enabling them to deliver detailed, high-quality prints on a variety of materials. Commercial and specialty printers offering digital printing services can also leverage this technology to deliver high-quality results with consistent, vibrant outcomes, particularly in small to medium print runs.
