Varna-based Express Print has reinforced its growth strategy with a comprehensive suite of Mimaki digital printing systems, enabling full in-house control across sign graphics, textile and rigid media production. The company’s fleet now includes a UCJV330-160 roll-to-roll UV-LED printer, TxF300-75 DTF system, JFX200-2513 EX and JFX500-2131 UV flatbeds, UJF-6042 MkII e, and UJV55-320, forming a cohesive large-format ecosystem. “Our job is to print, and we wanted to print with the highest quality and with the highest speed possible,” said Production Manager Dimitar Lyubenov, noting that previous equipment struggled to deliver the colour consistency and reliability required for demanding visual communication projects. The most recent additions, the UCJV330-160 and TxF300-75, have strengthened the company’s capabilities in sign graphics and short-run garment customisation, supporting faster turnaround and consistent output.
The strategy reflects a deliberate move to eliminate outsourcing and maintain full production control, supported by seven years of collaboration with Mimaki and regional distributor Geko Comert. Standardised software, colour management and workflows across the Mimaki line-up simplify operations, reduce training time and ensure stable results from first print to last. Founder and CEO Nikolay Boev emphasised that consistent print quality continues to attract new customers through word of mouth, reinforcing confidence in future investments. By integrating UV-LED flatbed, roll, DTF and direct-to-object technologies under one brand, Express Print has positioned itself with a scalable, reliable platform capable of responding quickly to market demand while expanding into new applications.
