At Labelexpo Europe 2025, Xeikon will present its vision for digitally integrated label production with the PX3300HD press and integrated Label Converting Unit (LCU). Unlike traditional hybrid systems, Xeikon’s approach is digital-first and modular, enabling converters to automate workflows and produce high-quality, finished labels in a single pass. The system supports both inline and offline finishing, offering flexibility for high-speed production or parallel job handling—controlled by a single operator with minimal training.
“We’re presenting a digitally integrated, inline production solution that supports automation and reduces steps in the value chain,” said Jeroen Van Bauwel, Director of Xeikon’s Global Innovation Center. Designed with simplicity and scalability in mind, the solution is food- and pharma-ready and connects seamlessly with Xeikon’s X-800 DFE. By focusing on workflow outcomes—faster job changes, reduced labor, and increased shift productivity—Xeikon aims to deliver not just technology, but operational clarity and profitability.
