Print4All Conference 2026 to Spotlight Human and Technology Balance Across Printing Supply Chain

Print4All Conference 2026 is set to return July 1–2 at the Ville Ponti Congress Center in Varese, positioning itself as a key gathering point for the printing, converting, and packaging supply chain. Organized by ACIMGA and ARGI, in collaboration with Fiera Milano, the event brings together technology providers, printers, converters, and brand owners to explore the major industrial and technological shifts shaping the industry. As in previous editions, the conference is intended to act as both a forum for discussion and a milestone on the path to Print4All 2027.

The 2026 edition centers on the theme "Humans Print the World," reflecting the growing interplay among automation, artificial intelligence, and human expertise in production environments. The program will explore this through two complementary lenses: Human+Machine, focusing on the integration of people, data, and automation, and Human+Life, examining how printing and converting technologies influence everyday life through materials, packaging, and communication. Organizers position the event as a “vision lab” for understanding how technology can amplify, rather than replace, human capabilities across the supply chain.

Beyond its immediate agenda, the conference will help shape Print4All 2027, with sessions covering key growth areas, including corrugated, converting, package printing, wide-format, and new materials. The Italian Trade Agency will support the event by bringing an international delegation from more than 30 countries, reinforcing its global perspective. For the industry, the conference is a checkpoint on the current transformation and a forward-looking platform to build a more integrated, intelligent, and sustainable production model.
