Awning Innovations expanded its production capabilities by installing a second SD Augusta F150R Pro Hybrid CNC Routing and Cutting System at its Indiana facility, supplied by Graphco. Building on the success of its first installation, the company chose the same configuration, showing its commitment to automation and operational efficiency.
The new system replaces five existing cutting devices, delivering an immediate 35 percent increase in production capacity while simplifying workflows. With high-speed performance and the ability to process a wide range of materials, including aluminum, acrylic, PVC, and wood, the F150R Pro enables faster turnaround and greater production flexibility for large-format sign applications.
A key differentiator is the integrated Auto Stud Welding technology, which automates both routing and hardware mounting within a single workflow. This eliminates manual steps, reduces labor requirements, and improves accuracy. The result is a streamlined production environment that delivers speed, consistency, and scalability without compromising quality.
