Kodak has launched version 11.5 of its web-based PRINERGY INSITE Portals, enhancing both the Prepress Portal (IPP) and Creative Workflow (ICW) to support more efficient and collaborative production environments. The platform enables print service providers, brands, and designers to upload files, track job progress, collaborate on changes, and manage approvals in a centralized, web-accessible environment. With this update, Kodak introduces new Rules-Based Automation (RBA) actions, helping accelerate review and approval cycles while improving overall workflow efficiency.
Additional updates focus on faster job management, improved productivity, and better system consistency, including synchronized email handling across platforms and enhanced compatibility with the latest macOS for more stable MATCHPRINT Virtual proofing. Strengthened IIS configurations further improve system security and performance. As Jim Barnes, Chief IT Implementation Officer at Kodak, explains, the update reflects Kodak’s ongoing commitment to innovation, enabling users to “offer their clients a safer and more convenient online collaboration experience and produce jobs more efficiently and profitably.”
