Ricoh Workplace Survey Uncovers Employee Attitudes

The recent Ricoh workplace survey covering how employees feel about their experience revealed that about two-thirds are fulfilled in their jobs, but only a quarter say that the company they work for invests in them. They are generally interested in exploring how AI tools can help them work more efficiently, with GenZ workers showing more excitement than other age cohorts. GenZ tends to identify a link between using AI tools to gain efficiency and having more time for passions outside of work.
