Acutrack Chooses HP PageWide Advantage 2200 to meet TikTok-driven publishing demand

Acutrack has reimagined its book fulfillment operations with the installation of the HP PageWide Advantage 2200 Web Press, achieving a fourfold productivity boost and reducing reliance on overseas print partners. The move marks a strategic pivot from sheetfed to high-speed inkjet, with the Livermore, California facility now producing up to 5,000 books per shift. By leveraging HP’s modular, high-throughput platform and the HP PrintOS automation suite, Acutrack is meeting the demands of a growing creator economy, especially among TikTok-driven publishing surges.

CEO Raj Barman summed up the transformation: “Installing this digital press has allowed us to bring even more print jobs in-house, boosted efficiency, and lifted productivity across the board.” With expansion plans on the horizon and the flexibility to upgrade drying capacity and media handling, Acutrack is positioned for scalable, sustainable growth in a rapidly evolving print-on-demand market.
