Aldus Tronics has confirmed it will introduce the Aldus M360+ Linerless Labeller in 2026, expanding its packaging technology portfolio with a machine designed to reduce waste, improve efficiency and lower logistics costs. Developed following the acquisition of intellectual property from JBT Marel, the M360+ will support wraparound, C-wrap and top-labelling applications while eliminating backing paper waste associated with conventional label systems.

The linerless format delivers multiple operational advantages, including reels that are up to 40 percent lighter, fewer label changeovers and improved storage efficiency. The machine will be manufactured in Australia using local engineering expertise, based on a proven European design, and will be CE-compliant to meet international safety and quality requirements. Aldus Tronics says the system is intended to meet the evolving sustainability and efficiency needs of fresh produce packers while offering global export potential.

He noted that the newly acquired intellectual property enables Aldus Tronics to deliver a high-quality, efficient and sustainable labelling solution built on the company’s established track record in reliable labelling technology.
