All Printing Resources announced the promotion of Catherine Haynes to Executive Vice President, North America, marking a key leadership transition within the flexographic solutions provider. In her new role, Haynes will lead APR’s Technical Solutions Group while taking on expanded responsibilities in strategic planning and strengthening relationships with key customers and vendors. The move reflects APR’s focus on aligning technical expertise with long-term business development across its customer base.

Haynes brings more than three decades of experience in the printing industry and has been a central figure in advancing APR’s technical capabilities. In her previous role as Vice President of Strategic Initiatives, she supported a wide range of customer projects, including training, press and prepress assessments, color management, digital workflows, and platemaking. She also led the development of APR’s FlexoAcademy online training platform, reinforcing the company’s commitment to education and workforce development.

Recognized across the flexographic community, Haynes is a certified G7 Expert and FTA Implementation Specialist, with leadership roles that include serving as FQC Chair, Women of Flexo Chair, and a member of the FTA Board. “Catherine has had a tremendous impact on APR, our customers, and the industry as a whole,” said Dave Nieman, President and CEO of All Printing Resources.
