The move enhances Amsive’s ability to deliver high-volume, data-driven direct mail campaigns with greater productivity and product integrity. The BlueCrest Epic supports automated setup for envelope sizes from A7 to 10x13 and can process up to 400,000 envelopes per day, positioning Amsive for continued growth in high-performance mail production.
The investment builds on five years of collaboration between Amsive and MCS to address evolving industry demands for speed, accuracy, and operational efficiency. “Working with MCS is a long-term partnership, not a one-time sale,” said Ben Aguilar, CFO of Amsive. “Having their national demonstration and training facility located directly across from our main manufacturing hub allowed us to move from the initial meeting to full installation in under five weeks. This proximity facilitates rapid, educated decision-making that is critical to our growth.”
Over the past two years, Amsive has modernized its facility with additional advanced inkjet webs, high-speed converting equipment, and expanded inserting technology.
