Artworker cloud-based prepress automation platform announced a strategic integration with PrintLogic, the MIS solution developed by Wildcard Software. This new connection bridges the gap between estimating, ordering, and prepress production, automatically creating and populating jobs in Artworker based on PrintLogic orders. Once artwork is approved, PrintLogic is updated in real time, removing duplicate data entry and improving visibility across departments.
UK-based print businesses report significant time savings, fewer errors, and improved team coordination. “PrintLogic was already doing a lot of the heavy lifting, but plugging in Artworker has taken a load off the design studio,” said Neil Wallis of Inkwell Printing. Ashley Press Managing Director Peter Jones added that proofing time and email traffic had dropped dramatically: “We now feel in control, and our order-to-press process is much more streamlined and slicker.”
