Ball & Doggett Opens New Experience Hub in Brisbane to Showcase Print and Finishing Technologies

Ball & Doggett announced the opening of its new Experience Hub in Brisbane, a dedicated space designed to give customers hands-on access to a wide range of print, signage, and finishing technologies. Located in Brendale, near the company’s existing Brisbane site, the facility allows visitors to test and compare equipment in real-world workflows, from print through to finishing.

The Experience Hub currently features an extensive line-up of machinery, including wide-format printers, CNC routers, lasers, finishing equipment, DTF printers, and heat presses. Additional systems and technology will be installed in the coming months ahead of the official launch in February 2026. Alongside the equipment, visitors can evaluate consumables and substrates to experience end-to-end production demonstrations.

“The Experience Hub is all about empowering our customers to make informed decisions,” said Rob Brussolo, General Manager of Sign, Display, and Digital at Ball & Doggett to Sprinter News. “There’s no substitute for seeing machines in action, understanding their capabilities, quality, and productivity firsthand helps customers select the right solution for their business.”

Open by appointment, the Experience Hub provides printers, converters, and graphics professionals with the opportunity to explore new production techniques and gain insight into the latest market innovations. “We’ve brought together an incredible range of equipment under one roof,” Brussolo added. “It means our customers can test, learn, and explore new production possibilities – all with the guidance of our experienced team.”

Customers can now schedule personalised demonstrations and consultations ahead of the Hub’s grand opening in February 2026, marking Ball & Doggett’s latest initiative to support growth and innovation across Australia’s print and packaging industries.
