BHS Corrugated has unveiled NextGraphX, a next-generation technology that redefines the production of high-graphic corrugated packaging. By embedding single-pass digital printing into the corrugator process, NextGraphX eliminates the need for complex litho-lamination steps, offering converters a streamlined, three-step workflow: print, corrugate, and convert. Operating within the broader Corruverse digital ecosystem, the system boosts overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), enables on-demand SKU production, and significantly reduces lead times and waste. “NextGraphX is not just a vision; it’s a transformation of the entire value stream,” said Günther Huber, Head of Business Unit Equipment.
