BOWE SYSTEC will introduce its next major innovation in card logistics at TRUSTECH 2025: the One4All card mailing system, making its industry debut. TRUSTECH, held December 2–4 at the Expo Porte de Versailles in Paris, draws approximately 8,000 attendees annually and remains one of the most influential events for smart card, secure identity, and digital trust technologies.

The One4All system has been engineered to fully automate all common card mailing applications within a single machine, offering a significant competitive advantage for users seeking higher process quality, reduced operating effort, and greater overall efficiency. Several patent-pending features contribute to its performance, including input-independent production, a newly designed buffer zone for uninterrupted processing, and an innovative folding concept that ensures precision and reliability.

Input flexibility is a defining feature of the One4All. Whether fed directly from an online printer or from a sheet feeder using pre-printed carrier paper, the system can switch between the two input methods with simple plug-and-play. A newly developed buffer accommodates up to 20 sheets, enabling seamless job changes and consistently balanced workflows between upstream printers and the mailing line.

The folding unit represents another significant advancement. Instead of pulling in the full carrier document, the One4All only feeds the section required for folding, pre-folding the paper before any cards are attached. This approach delivers flawless fold quality across single-, wrap-, and z-fold formats and supports continuous production. Cards are then applied by a spider robot—up to six for flat carriers or four for pre-folded sheets, at any defined position. Operating at speeds of up to 6,000 cards per hour, the system delivers high-precision results while protecting both materials and equipment.

The One4All also offers speedy job and fold changeovers thanks to its intelligent self-setup capabilities. The system automatically configures itself for new jobs, dramatically reducing downtime. When operator involvement is required, on-screen instructions guide the process, keeping it simple and efficient.
