Brother Success at FESPA 2025

Brother notes that FESPA has always been an important platform for innovation, and this year they used the show to  present a new generation of technologies designed to drive performance, streamline workflows, and open doors for creative growth. The new DTF system, the DTRX, is a Brother-built machine, engineered specifically for high-volume production with uncompromising print quality and proven industrial reliability. Designed and manufactured to meet Brother’s rigorous standards, it features sustainable inks, a robust 80 cm print width, and an efficient, production-ready design. This innovative system will be released soon, bringing next-generation DTF technology to businesses ready to scale.

The newest in the GTX600 series is the GTX600 Enhanced to take Direct-to-Garment to the next level. It is especially tailored for high-demand environments like high fashion and premium retail. It delivers exceptional print results and wash durability while supporting high quality output and print resolution. The DTE System – Generation 2 redefines hybrid printing for Direct-to-Embroidery. The new generation, from hardware to software, is completely developed by Brother. This innovation makes it easier than ever to align prints directly onto embroidered garments, simplifying a traditionally complex process. With the GTX printer, you can print in CMYK at 1200 DPI directly onto the white patch, ensuring vibrant, high-resolution results every time.

Also shown were the compact Button Badge Maker, which is fully automated, and the WF1-L640 Lates Wide Format printer featuring Greenguard Gold-certified inks. For software, Brother showed its Myze production management platform that supports a wide range of printing technologies, simplifies workflows, minimizes manual steps, and maximizes throughput.
