callas software has expanded its presence in North America by appointing Natacha De Kegel as Customer Success Manager for the region. Operating from Florida in the Eastern Time Zone, De Kegel will serve as the primary contact for customers, OEM partners, and channel partners across North America. The move reflects the company’s growing installed base in the region and its strategy to provide closer local support as demand for its PDF and print workflow technologies increases.
De Kegel brings extensive experience in PDF and print workflow technologies. She previously ran her own consulting business and later joined DistributorX, one of callas’ key distribution and integration partners in North America. Through that role, she worked closely with print service providers, publishers, and integrators, gaining valuable insight into real-world production environments and workflow challenges. According to callas Chief Evangelist David van Driessche, her practical understanding of production workflows and strong partner perspective will help strengthen collaboration with OEMs and channel partners while improving customer support across the region. The new appointment also aims to boost engagement through regional events and initiatives such as bringing pdfCamp to North America.
