The program supports both resellers and end users by offering two levels of certification: Basic proficiency, which tests foundational understanding and application architecture, and an Advanced level focused on variables and JavaScript within pdfToolbox. “This is not a design flaw – the software is exactly as complex as it needs be to work in the production trenches,” explained David van Driessche, Chief Evangelist at callas, emphasizing the value of certification as a meaningful badge of capability. Early participants like Emma Blaise of bleuprocess and Markus Brandstätter of Impressed GmbH confirmed the rigor and relevance of the tests, which encourage practical learning through documentation and hands-on use. The certifications are available now and free of charge to all industry professionals.
