Cimpress Reports Fiscal Year 2025 Results with Strong Growth in Revenue and Profitability

Cimpress plc, the parent company of VistaPrint and a portfolio of mass customization brands, reported strong financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended June 30, 2025. Consolidated revenue for the fiscal year reached $3.4 billion, an increase of 6% year-over-year, with fourth-quarter revenue growing 5% to $755 million. The company also saw improved profitability, with operating income rising 24% to $185 million and adjusted EBITDA increasing 13% to $435 million.

The growth was fueled by a mix of volume gains, pricing improvements, and increased operating leverage. Vista, Cimpress’s flagship brand, continued its turnaround with improved customer retention, while other segments including National Pen and Printi delivered strong performances. CEO Robert Keane highlighted the company’s disciplined cost management and strategic investments in technology and supply chain efficiency, which contributed to expanding margins and free cash flow.

Looking ahead, Cimpress reaffirmed its focus on long-term shareholder value through disciplined capital allocation and further automation across its production network. “We’ve achieved solid revenue growth and significant improvements in profitability this year,” said Keane. “Our teams are executing well, and we are confident in our ability to continue delivering strong results.” The company ended the fiscal year with $175 million in free cash flow and reduced its net leverage ratio to 3.1x, reflecting progress in its deleveraging plan.
