Paragon acquired Communisis Brand Deployment on December 28, 2023. This acquisition included the Brand Deployment business and certain assets of the Customer Experience division of Communisis. The Brand Deployment business, which provides marketing services to major global brands, employs over 300 people and operates in more than 20 countries.
Paragon Global Brands focuses on strategic consultancy with expertise that spans print, temporary and permanent displays, and branded premiums. By integrating creative design, consumer engagement, and in-store experiences, Paragon Global Brands says it can drive interaction and purchasing decisions.
Under the new branding the company will focus on Responsible Business, reflecting core values, culture, and the way it operates globally. The company says it is committed to minimising the negative impacts of our operations while maximising the positive effects on both the environment and society.
