DesignNBuy DesignO 2.5 Expands White-Label Branding, Enhanced Collaboration, and Enterprise-Grade Security

DesignNBuy unveiled DesignO 2.5, marking one of the platform’s most significant advancements since its launch. The updated version strengthens the platform’s role as a modern, flexible engine for customizable print workflows, serving both B2B and B2C print providers undergoing digital transformation. “With DesignO v2.5, we’re setting a new benchmark for what modern web-to-print platforms must deliver,” said Nidhi Agrawal, CEO of DesignNBuy. “Every enhancement is driven by real operational needs, advanced collaboration and true scalability without technical complexity.”

One of the standout features is the introduction of Shareable Design Links, allowing customers, teams, and stakeholders to collaborate seamlessly on projects. Users can choose between “Can View” and “Can Edit” modes, streamlining multi-step approval processes and eliminating cumbersome export cycles, particularly helpful for enterprise accounts and corporate print buyers. Version 2.5 also introduces full white-label configuration, enabling print providers and eCommerce agencies to customize theme colors, text panels, logos, and favicons across the admin interface. The result is a completely branded experience without the need for additional coding or custom development.

Another key update is the Copy Editor Code feature, which lets storefront owners embed the DesignO editor anywhere, even inside blog posts or CMS content, allowing customers to begin designing instantly. Support for multi-side and multi-part products expands DesignO’s reach into trade show materials, modular signage, exhibition tents, and other large-format applications. Each panel can carry independent dimensions, bleed settings, templates, and print rules, ensuring accuracy across complex configurations.

Performance improvements include optimized product detail page loading, unified export tools for jobs and quotations, improved data-visibility controls, enhanced decimal precision for global pricing requirements, and a modernized messaging module with internal/client visibility options, file attachments, bulk actions, and searchable threads. To help users offer more realistic previews, DesignO 2.5 introduces 17 new photorealistic 3D product models, including advanced packaging and event-display formats. The release also emphasizes enterprise-grade security with improved encryption, SSL-only production environments, rate-limiting, and expanded stability testing, making the platform suitable for large-scale print providers handling sensitive customer data.

DesignO 2.5 remains compatible with major eCommerce platforms including Magento, Shopify, BigCommerce, and WooCommerce, and is optimized for both desktop and mobile environments. DesignNBuy continues to support print businesses worldwide, from startups to established leaders such as Rydin and Offineeds, by enabling fast, scalable, customizable print workflows through its API-driven technology.
