Warsaw-based Druk24h has significantly upgraded its round-the-clock printing capabilities with the addition of Fujifilm’s Revoria Press PC1120 and XMF PressReady workflow automation. Installed in late 2023, the Revoria press became central to the company’s small-format output, providing exceptional uptime, colour consistency—including spot colours like Pantone 021 C—and support for high-volume, quick-turnaround jobs. “The Revoria Press PC1120 gives us the quality and reliability to deliver, while XMF PressReady allows us to automate and streamline production,” said Production Manager Krzysztof Wiśniewski.

XMF PressReady, rolled out in early 2024, now acts as the digital backbone of Druk24h’s operations, automating file handling across digital and large-format printers, as well as finishing equipment. Jobs can move from file to finished product in under ten minutes using simple file-naming conventions. Fujifilm partner MKPress facilitated the investment, with strong technical support from Fujifilm Poland. “For a 24/7 operation like ours, that’s a huge advantage,” added Wiśniewski, hinting at future expansions with Fujifilm as the business grows.
