Duplo USA Corporation, a leader in digital print finishing, is teaming up with top industry partners to demonstrate the creative and commercial potential of print embellishment at PRINTING United Expo 2025, taking place October 22–24 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida. At Booth #3921 and at select partner booths, attendees will experience a range of applications that highlight how tactile finishing effects like foil, sleeking, and raised spot UV can turn standard prints into high-impact, value-added pieces.

A show highlight is the Color-Logic and Unifoil / Greg Horn Collector’s Showcase, featuring three exclusive limited-edition posters created by renowned comic book artist Greg Horn. Each poster is printed on premium Unifoil Ultralustre DI metallic stock using Color-Logic’s Image-FX technology on Sharp’s BP-1200S 6-color press and enhanced with raised spot UV from Duplo’s DuSense DDC-810 Pro. A limited quantity will be available daily at the Duplo booth, with additional chances to win signed editions through a raffle at the Unifoil booth (#5011). Complementary samples, including table tents, packaging, and door hangers, will further demonstrate the collaborative potential of metallic substrates and Duplo finishing.

Other collaborations include Ultimate Tech / Packaging with Cold Foil, a B2-format packaging job prepared with Ultimate Impostrip and produced live with the DuSense DDC-8000 B2 Raised Spot UV Coater and DSM-1000 B2 Platen Die Cutter, featuring cold foil and UV accents. In partnership with Neenah Paper, Duplo will showcase sleeking technology on Classic Crest Digital Cover stock, producing a sleeked calendar using the DFL-700 and DFL-200 foil systems. Additional live demos include Xerox business cards printed on the Iridesse press with fluorescent and gold dry inks, finished with matte lamination and raised spot UV, and trading cards embellished with holographic foil from GWF Foils using the DFL-700 Foil/Laminator.

Beyond its own booth, Duplo equipment will be featured across the show floor. The DPC-400 Digital Die Cutter will appear in the Canon booth (#2642), the DDC-810 Raised Spot UV Coater in the Sharp booth (#4242), and the DC-618 Slitter/Cutter/Creaser, DFL-700 Foil/Laminator, and DFL-200 Xpress Foil in the ACCO booth. Together, these live presentations showcase Duplo’s integrated finishing ecosystem, bridging creative design, digital print, and embellishment technologies to help printers and designers deliver sensory-rich experiences that add measurable value to every printed piece.
