Designed with dual independent web processing, the system merges two paper streams into a synchronized output while maintaining precise control at production speeds of up to 1,300 feet per minute.
The system integrates advanced web handling, servo motion control, and automation to streamline the entire process from roll to finished product. Key capabilities include dual-web alignment, high-speed cross-perforation, and precision fan-folding with consistent registration. The enclosed design improves operator safety and reduces noise, and inline stacking and case-ready output make it easy to integrate into packaging operations.
Built as a modular platform, the solution can be adapted for a range of substrates and applications beyond void-fill, including direct mail and specialty converting.
