FESPA Middle East unveiled the 2025 edition of the FESPA Leadership Exchange (FLEX), a travelling series of executive-level events taking place from 24–27 November in Riyadh, Jeddah, Amman, and Cairo. Designed to foster collaboration and innovation across the print, signage, and visual communications sectors, FLEX 2025 will provide senior decision-makers with a platform to explore emerging trends, share ideas, and discuss strategies shaping the region’s evolving print landscape.
Following its successful debut in 2023, FLEX has become an integral part of FESPA’s regional engagement strategy and a cornerstone of its Middle East conference programme. Bazil Cassim, Regional Manager (Middle East & Africa) at FESPA, said, “FESPA Middle East is committed to supporting our members and the wider print and signage community. Through initiatives such as FLEX, we reinvest directly into the industry by creating opportunities for leaders to connect, share experiences, and gain fresh insights. Our goal is to foster a spirit of collaboration that strengthens businesses and advances the sector as a whole.”
Free to attend and tailored for C-suite executives, FLEX 2025 sessions will follow an open-forum format, encouraging dialogue and participation. Each event will open with a keynote from Neil Felton, CEO of FESPA, who will share findings from the latest FESPA Print Census, offering valuable data on global and regional trends. Speakers include Christian Duyckaerts of Rebranding Collective, discussing brand experience; Alberto Masserdotti of Gruppo Masserdotti on the future of retail and display; Amit Radia, CEO of Atlantis Printing Group, on the Middle East’s growing role as a global print hub; Debbie McKeegan, CEO of Texintel, on the transformative potential of textile printing; and George Simonian, Dean of the Faculty of Applied Arts at BADR University, on Egypt’s emerging market dynamics.
“The FESPA Leadership Exchange (FLEX) brings FESPA’s global expertise to the Middle East – empowering industry growth, fostering regional connections, and driving innovation across print, signage, and visual communications,” said Simonian. “We’re thrilled to welcome FESPA back and look forward to FLEX with great optimism.”
Looking ahead, FESPA Middle East 2026 will take place from 13–15 January at the Dubai Exhibition Centre, expanding on the success of previous editions with an anticipated 3,000 visitors and 125 exhibitors. The event will feature technology showcases in digital, textile, and signage printing alongside dedicated programmes such as FLEX, Sustainability Spotlight, the AI Education Lab, and World Wrap Masters.
