Fiery is showcasing its latest technologies at PRINTING United Expo 2025, empowering attendees to “unlock their inner Print Genius.” The company is presenting a comprehensive lineup of software and hardware advancements that blend workflow automation, artificial intelligence, and precision color management to redefine what is possible in modern print operations.
At booth 935, visitors can explore Fiery’s Pinnacle Award-winning solutions, including Fiery XF 9, Fiery JobFlow Pro, and Fiery FreeForm Create 2.0. Fiery XF 9 is a next-generation software RIP and color management platform for large-format production, offering AI-powered print bleed, GPU-enabled job processing, and integration with FreeForm Create 2.0 for fast variable-data printing. It also connects seamlessly with Fiery ColorGuard for advanced color control. Fiery JobFlow Pro takes workflow automation to a new level with an AI-assisted system that analyzes jobs, applies optimized workflows, and even proposes new presets to increase productivity and reduce errors. The platform can automatically trigger workflows based on server activity, incoming email orders, e-commerce submissions, or barcode scans, supporting a fully connected, end-to-end print process.
Fiery FreeForm Create 2.0, the company’s free variable-data printing application, now integrates with Fiery XF 9, bringing fast and intuitive personalization capabilities to wide-format and packaging environments. Print providers can add variable text, images, and barcodes to signage, promotional materials, and packaging in just a few clicks, while new tools ensure color consistency and brand accuracy across jobs. In addition to these award-winning products, Fiery is debuting two AI-powered solutions that enhance operational efficiency. Fiery InkWise, a cloud-based ink management platform within the Fiery IQ suite, uses AI to optimize ink inventory, monitor expiration dates, and automate reordering, helping businesses cut waste and lower costs by up to 50 percent.
Fiery Scribe automates job ticket creation by translating customer email requests into ready-to-print job files in Fiery Command WorkStation, capturing key attributes such as media type, finishing, and color settings automatically. “These products embody Fiery’s mission to solve real-world print challenges through intelligent innovation,” said Toby Weiss, CEO of Fiery. “From saving time in job setup to reducing ink supply costs, our solutions deliver measurable value to printers. As the technology leader in DFEs and workflow software, Fiery continues to bring the power of Silicon Valley innovation to the global print community.” Fiery is also previewing two forthcoming updates to its core platforms. Fiery Command WorkStation 7.2 introduces faster job preparation and enhanced color management tools, while the Fiery FS700 Pro platform delivers improved performance, resilience, and compliance to ensure secure and reliable production workflows. All showcased products will be available beginning December 2025. Visitors can experience live demonstrations of Fiery’s workflow and AI-powered solutions at booth 935 throughout PRINTING United Expo 2025, taking place October 22–24 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando.
