Fiery Launches Scribe AI for Job Automation from Email

Fiery, LLC has unveiled Fiery Scribe, an agentic AI solution designed to automate one of the most time-consuming tasks in print operations: email job intake. Many print service providers—particularly those without web-to-print systems—still rely on manual processing of emailed job requests, a workflow prone to inefficiencies and human error. Fiery Scribe continuously monitors email inboxes, uses large language model (LLM) technology to interpret natural language instructions, extracts specifications such as quantity, media, and finishing, and automatically applies job properties before sending files directly to Fiery Command WorkStation. “With Fiery Scribe’s agentic AI capabilities, print providers can enjoy email job submissions automatically uploaded in Fiery Command WorkStation with files and job settings ready to go,” said Toby Weiss, CEO of Fiery.

The system learns from past jobs to improve accuracy over time, acting independently without human intervention and reducing administrative workload. By eliminating manual data entry and setup errors, Fiery positions Scribe as an accessible entry point for printers exploring AI-driven workflow automation. According to the company, operations processing as few as 20 email job requests per day could save up to 10 hours per month in setup time, with an online ROI calculator available to estimate potential savings. Currently offered in English, with additional languages planned for 2026, Fiery Scribe is available through the Fiery Shop and authorized dealers, reinforcing Fiery’s push to embed practical, revenue-focused AI tools directly into production environments.
