The move sees FIMI assume full ownership of the company, installing a new board of directors to oversee its growth strategy. Richard Klapholz has been appointed active chairman, while a restructured leadership team takes on the challenge of enhancing product performance, ensuring service reliability, and boosting global market engagement.
