Flexcon, a global provider of pressure-sensitive films and adhesive solutions, announced the appointment of Morgan Ebin as Chief Operations Officer. The move strengthens the company’s executive leadership team and supports its mission to drive operational excellence and customer-centric growth across its global markets.
Ebin joins Flexcon with more than 25 years of experience in operational leadership. He most recently served as COO at 44 Maple Group, Flexcon’s parent company, and previously held senior positions at Arlon, including the Chief Manufacturing Officer role. His background spans manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, maintenance, and environmental health and safety, giving him deep expertise in optimizing complex operations.
