FUJIFILM Business Innovation entered into a share transfer agreement to acquire ETG Global Information Technology Services Inc., a Microsoft Dynamics 365 specialist headquartered in Istanbul, Turkey. Effective March 2, 2026, ETG Global and its U.S. and Canadian subsidiaries will operate under the FUJIFILM ETG Global name. The acquisition is designed to strengthen Fujifilm’s global ERP sales and implementation support capabilities while addressing the growing global demand for skilled IT talent.

ETG Global is recognized for its expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management, serving customers primarily in Turkey, the United States, and Canada. The company has been awarded Microsoft’s INNER CIRCLE distinction, reserved for the top one percent of partners, and operates as a Microsoft Certified Trainer. Its structured IT recruitment and development framework provides a scalable talent pipeline, including highly specialized engineers who deliver product training and ongoing support beyond system implementation.

Fujifilm Business Innovation began building its ERP systems business in 2022 and has expanded through acquisitions in Japan and Australia, where it holds a strong market position in the mid-sized and small enterprise segment. By integrating ETG Global’s technical capabilities and talent infrastructure with its existing delivery networks, the company aims to accelerate global resource allocation, enhance cross-border support for customers, and drive continued growth in its ERP systems business worldwide.
