Tapping into AI’s potential, the tool generates precise estimates in just 15 seconds and branded, customer-ready quotes in under five minutes. This leap in automation is poised to cut manual quoting work by more than 50%, giving PSPs a crucial edge in speed and responsiveness — areas long plagued by inefficiency and margin erosion.
Early adopters like ESP Colour and Hudson Printing are already reaping benefits. “The AI Estimator that Gelato has created is going to be a game changer,” said Simon Smogur, CEO of ESP Colour. “We’re on a nine-week up-streak in margin vs. last year.” The system not only interprets unstructured quote requests but also validates competitiveness and compliance, enabling PSPs to embed real-time quoting directly into their websites.
