Graph-Tech USA (GTUS) will debut its EMVRunner contactless card personalization system at TRUSTECH 2025 in Paris (Booth 5.2 G 055), showcasing a breakthrough in scalable, single-pass EMV and NFC card production. The EMVRunner combines magnetic encoding, high-resolution inkjet printing, and RFID/EMV programming in one compact line, featuring GTUS’s eZ-ID technology, which encodes 5 to 20 cards simultaneously using parallel antennas. “With EMVRunner, we’ve leveraged contactless technology to make card personalization faster, more reliable, and simpler,” said Markus Portmann, President of GTUS.
The system includes the new eZ-Inkjet 66 with a white print head, meeting increasing demand for white personalization on EMV cards. Supporting 600 dpi printing of white, black, or full-color variable data, the printer enhances EMVRunner’s efficiency. GTUS’s Super Tracker and next-gen Controller manage over one million commands per minute, ensuring precise coordination between components. “Our EMVRunner and eZ-ID technologies deliver a future-proof, scalable, and cost-effective solution that empowers manufacturers to meet growing demand for contactless cards,” Portmann added.
