Graphco to Demonstrate Integrated CNC and Auto Stud Welding at ISA Sign Expo 2026

Graphco will present an integrated fabrication workflow at ISA International Sign Expo 2026, taking place from April 8–10 at the Orange County Convention Center. At Booth #1015, the company will highlight the SD-Italy Augusta F150R Pro Hybrid CNC Routing & Cutting System combined with Graphco’s Auto Stud Welding (ASW) technology. The hybrid system is designed to integrate digital die-cutting, milling, routing, and welding capabilities into a single production platform, enabling sign shops to produce wide-format graphics, push-through letters, dimensional signage, and architectural applications more efficiently.

The integrated workflow addresses long-standing challenges in dimensional signage production, where routing, cutting, and stud welding often require separate machines and manual alignment. Graphco’s ASW system follows the same CNC program used by the router, ensuring precise stud placement, consistent bonding strength, and reduced rework. By consolidating multiple processes into a single platform, the solution aims to improve throughput, reduce labor dependency, and help sign manufacturers scale production while maintaining consistent quality and profitability.
