GroupeSTAHL Appoints Martin Borley as CEO to Lead EMEA Growth and Digital Expansion

GroupeSTAHL has announced the promotion of Martin Borley to Chief Executive Officer of STAHLS’ EMEA, effective July 1, 2025. With more than 35 years of leadership experience within STAHLS’ affiliated companies, Borley steps into his new role with a mandate to drive growth, operational innovation, and customer-centric services across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. His leadership will oversee STAHLS’ UK, STAHLS’ EU, STAHLS’ TPT, and all related divisions, aligning them under GroupeSTAHL’s vision of Global Brand Unity powered by its Fulfill Engine platform.

Borley’s appointment marks a strategic shift for STAHLS’ EMEA as the company moves from a distributor-only model to a hybrid strategy combining direct operations with distributor partnerships. This evolution aims to build a unified, technology-enabled apparel decoration and fulfillment network that better serves customers across sports, workwear, retail, and branded merchandise sectors. “Martin has proven to be a steady and thoughtful leader,” said Carleen Gray, CEO of GroupeSTAHL, Inc. “Under his leadership, STAHLS’ EMEA will accelerate our mission of delivering seamless, technology-driven decoration and fulfillment experiences.”

Borley emphasized that the focus will be on expanding access to STAHLS’ services through a stronger Fulfill Engine and enhanced direct network while maintaining long-standing customer reliability. “We’re committed to growing our EMEA business by meeting customers where they are, across all channels,” he said. GroupeSTAHL continues its transformation into a global apparel decoration technology leader, empowering brands to increase market share through streamlined decoration and fulfillment processes.
