HP unveiled a series of production print innovations at Dscoop Edge Rockies designed to help print service providers simplify operations, increase productivity, and scale digital printing more profitably. The announcements reinforce HP’s vision of “Nonstop Digital Printing,” combining press innovation, intelligent workflows, and AI-driven automation across the entire production lifecycle.
Among the highlights was the launch of the HP Indigo 7K+ Digital Press, built on the widely installed 7X00 platform. The new press adds enhanced automation, operational simplicity, and cost efficiency, including an ECO Print Mode that enables cost-efficient four-color production for text-heavy applications. HP also introduced the Indigo 120K Value Pack for Indigo 100K users, delivering improved uptime and productivity through hardware and software enhancements.
HP also expanded its automation ecosystem with new developments in HP PrintOS and the commercial availability of HP Nio, an AI-powered production intelligence system that transforms operational data into actionable insights for production teams. Additional announcements included expanded Site Flow workflow capabilities, collaboration with GoMake for AI-driven MIS and quoting, and the milestone installation of the 100th HP Indigo 200K press, underscoring rapid global adoption of digital labels and flexible packaging printing.
