Hybrid Software is reinforcing its southern Midwest footprint with the hiring of Brian Taylor as Sales Manager and Matthew Conner as Solutions Engineer. Taylor, based in Texas, brings over two decades of experience spanning roles in sales, operations, and prepress. Previously with Ricoh USA and as an independent print broker, he’ll now support customers across four states with Hybrid Software’s full product suite. “Brian is a terrific asset to our North America sales team,” said Peter Kincaid, VP of Sales, North America, highlighting Taylor’s unique perspective as a former print business owner.
Conner, also from Texas, joins as Solutions Engineer with a background that includes positions at McKool Graphics and SGS & Co., where he was most recently a Solution Architect. Known for having “ink in his blood,” Conner brings a blend of technical and operational experience from both vendor and printer sides. Customers can meet the new team members at the upcoming Hybrid Software Fusion Packaging Summit in Sarasota, Florida, April 20–22, 2026.
