Hybrid Software introduced a comprehensive program for its Fusion Packaging Summit 2026, scheduled for April 20–22 at The Westin Sarasota, Florida. Designed for packaging printers, converters, trade shops, brands, and consumer packaged goods companies, the three-day event will combine real-world case studies, technology previews, and strategic discussions on the future of labels and packaging. Guest speakers from Amazon, Diageo, and Blue Label Packaging will share practical insights into workflow automation, AI integration, and operational efficiency, while technology partners including Arden Software, BOBST, Domino, Global Vision, HiFlow Solutions, HP, Koenig & Bauer, and XSYS will contribute to the program.
A highlight of the Summit will be the official launch of PACKZ 12, Hybrid Software’s next-generation AI-powered native PDF editor, set for release in June 2026. The new version introduces context-aware assistance, intelligent data access, and enhanced prepress performance to improve speed, accuracy, and productivity in label and packaging production environments. According to CEO Mike Rottenborn, the agenda reflects the complexity of today’s packaging challenges and delivers a practical blend of brand-level strategy and technology-driven execution.
In addition to customer case studies, the program will include sponsor-led TED Talks, AI-focused industry analysis sessions, and panel discussions covering color management, trade shop evolution, and brand service models. The Fusion Packaging Summit positions itself as a strategic forum where automation, AI, and workflow innovation converge, providing packaging professionals with both insights and tools to modernize operations and strengthen competitiveness.
