Inkcups Appoints Sebastian Teichmann as Service Manager Europe

Inkcups, a global leader in printing technology, appointed Sebastian Teichmann as Service Manager Europe. Based in Freudenberg, Germany, Teichmann will be responsible for overseeing technical installations, complex system integrations, and customer support across Inkcups’ European and UK markets. His role will also include providing escalation and technical backup support to the company’s regional team of Field Service Engineers.

With more than 20 years of experience in the inkjet printing industry, Teichmann brings extensive technical and leadership expertise to the position. Before joining Inkcups, he served as the Tier 3 Remote Support Lead, EMEA, for Kornit Digital and held key roles at EFI and Fujifilm. His background includes managing Tier 3 product specialists, overseeing beta and upgrade projects, and analysing service performance to drive operational improvements.
