By integrating SAP, Contentserv PIM/MAM, and priint:comet plug-ins for Adobe InDesign, they now have a seamless, automated label creation system. SAP serves as the core data management tool, while Contentserv provides essential content such as text, images, and logos. These assets are processed through Adobe InDesign with priint:comet, allowing for smooth integration of updates and changes—keeping the process agile and flexible. With their new streamlined operations, they have reduced errors, saving both time and resources. This project proves that smart digitization doesn’t just optimize workflows—it drives long-term improvements in quality.
Today they maintain over 4,000 items, 2,800 PMGs, and 1,000 attributes in a central database, which ensures that updates are completed in just minutes, with data outputting directly to print-ready files. Read the full story here.
